Sign the application
The court's form carries one signature — the applicant's . That is you.
Sign below, or upload a photo of your signature; it is placed on the printed application
exactly where the form expects it.

Clear
A finger on a small
screen rarely signs cleanly — if yours looks messy, try the photo option instead.
Sign on plain white paper with a dark
pen, then take a clear, well-lit photo — no shadows across the ink if you can help it.
We clean it up and place just the signature on the form.
This is what will print on the form:

Nobody signs for you. We do not sign court forms on a client's behalf,
and we do not ask an advocate to. For a certified copy you are the applicant, and this
signature is the whole reason no power of attorney is needed.
What this will cost
Submitting this costs nothing. We check at the court that your record is traceable, then
send you one figure on WhatsApp. You pay only after you accept it.
Our service fee
₹899
Court fee — deposit, refundable
₹300
Courier
₹120
Typical total
₹1,319
The court fee is a deposit — you get the unspent part back.
Courts charge per page, so the exact amount is not known until the file is seen. If the
court charges ₹150, we return ₹150 to you when your copy is delivered.
Court fee is paid in stamps, so there is no separate receipt for it. We send you a photo
of your filed application with the stamps on it, and the court's acknowledgement slip.
If the court fee is going to run well past the
deposit — a full case file of hundreds of pages — we stop and tell you the real figure before
spending anything. And if we cannot get the document at all, you pay nothing, service fee
included. Refund policy .
Check before you send
No payment now. We check the record is
traceable and send you a fixed quote on WhatsApp first.
